  • Placing Your Order
    How can I pay for my order? You can pay for your order using any of the payment methods listed below: • AMEX • VISA • Google Pay • Apple Pay • Mastercard • Maestro • PayPal
  • What size are the Journals?
    All journals are A5-sized journals with hardback covers. The inside of the 2 current journals are lined pages.
  • Can I cancel my order if I made a mistake?
    If your order has not been dispatched yet, email info@journalmyjourney.co.uk. However, please follow our return policy if your order has already been dispatched.
  • How can I track my order?
    You will receive an email with a Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched. All orders have to be signed for. If you are not home, Royal Mail will try 3 times. After this, they will leave a red ‘Something for you” card.
  • How long do I have to return?
    You have within 30 days of purchase to return it for a refund.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Please give us 24 hours to respond to your request. Please be aware that shipping costs need to be covered by the customer. Once we receive your item, we will send you an email stating that we have received it. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your refund to be processed.
  • Do I have to pay for my return?
    At present, we regret that we are unable to offer free returns. All shipping costs need to be covered by the customer.
